This Privacy Policy explains how Martinelli Software Studio processes personal data when you use the web service ScalnifyPro (scalnifypro.martinellisoftware.com). It applies specifically to this service — its user accounts, image processing and subscriptions. Our Terms and Conditions are available separately.

Account data: your email address, a securely hashed password, your plan and credit balance, and — for a password reset — a temporary reset link sent to your email.
Uploaded content: the images (JPG, PNG, WEBP) and PDF files you upload for processing, and for the Face Swap tool the face/selfie photo and target image you provide.
Results: the processed output files generated for you.
Usage data: a history of the actions you perform (which tool was used, credits consumed, timestamps).
Payment data: when you purchase a subscription or credits, we store the transaction ID, the purchased product, the amount and the payment status. We do not receive full card numbers — the payment itself is handled by Payrexx.
Technical data: a device/browser fingerprint used to prevent abuse of the free limits, and standard server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated when you access the service.
We process this data to provide and secure the service: to operate your account and the image tools, to process payments, to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on the performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning service, and — where required — your consent. (Swiss FADP; for users in the EEA, Art. 6 GDPR.)
To provide the service we use the following processors:
Processing at Replicate and Cloudflare involves a transfer of data outside Switzerland / the EEA (to the USA). Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
The service is hosted in the EU (Germany). Uploaded files and result files on our servers are stored only temporarily — about 30 minutes — and are then deleted automatically. At Replicate, the input and output data of API predictions are automatically removed after about one hour.
Your account data (email, password hash, plan, credits, usage history) is stored until you delete your account. Payment and invoice data may be retained for longer where required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax law); the payment itself is handled by Payrexx.
The Face Swap tool processes the face photo you upload solely to perform the requested face swap. The photo and the result are transmitted to Replicate for processing and are deleted according to the retention periods above. We do not use face photos for identification, recognition or profiling, and we do not store them beyond the processing.
After you log in, your session is kept by means of a token stored in your browser's local storage. We use a cookie to remember your language preference. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection may process technical information to tell humans and bots apart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can delete your account or contact us at support.scalnifypro@martinellisoftware.com to exercise these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the EEA your local data protection authority.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
